Table & Chair Rental Policy

Delivery & Pickup

Tables and chairs are delivered curbside only. We do not set them up, bring them inside, or carry them up/down stairs. Please have someone available to receive the order.

In most cases, delivery is the evening before your event and pickup is the morning after.

For pickup, tables and chairs must be returned to the same place where we dropped them off. If we have to collect items from different areas, a $50 collection fee may apply.

Cleaning Security Deposit

A $50 cleaning security deposit is required for all table and chair rentals. It is refundable when all items are returned clean, complete, on time, and in good condition.

Excessive dirt, stains, footprints, coloring, tape, string, zip ties, glue, adhesives, damage, or missing items may cause the $50 security deposit to be forfeited for cleaning, repair, or replacement.

Approved security deposit refunds are returned within 24 to 48 hours in the same form of payment when possible.

Customer Pickup

Customer pickup is available with a flat $25 Handling & Prep Fee. A valid government-issued photo ID is required at pickup.

Return Policy

All rented items must be returned by 12 PM (noon) the day after the event. Late returns may forfeit the $50 security deposit. Please plan ahead so your deposit can be returned.
